Project Title: Community Pharmacists’ Provision of Comprehensive COPD care: A Cross-Sectional Study in Alberta

We are seeking General Practitioners, Respirologists and Emergency Physicians to take part in the survey on provision of COPD care in Alberta. Researchers want to explore the current practices and physicians’ perceptions regarding clinical services provided by community pharmacists. The survey is expected to take 10 minutes and as an incentive, we are offering the draw to all participants who completed the survey with a chance to win $100 Amazon card (with estimated success of winning 1 in 10).
